Registration of Real Estate

  • Property ownership in the complex to be registered in accordance with the KIDMAC's Real Estate Registration Rules
Signing of a lease contract LH Corp. → Tenant companies Acquisition of land-use right
Registration of land-use right Tenant companies → KIDMAC
Construction Tenant companies → KIDMAC
Registration of building preservation Tenant companies → KIDMAC
Establishment of the right to collateral security Mortgagee → KIDMAC
  • ※ Companies need to register with KIDMAC within 14 days of sale, transfer, collateral trade to make it effective
  • ※ KIDMAC will issue the certificates within 7 days

Registration with Tax Office

  • Basis regulation
    * Company owners must register with the tax office of North Korea within 20 days after receiving registration certificate (Article 4, Tax Regulations for GIC)
  • Process
    • Companies submit application form to tax office in GIC
  • Required documents
    • Application for registering of tax, company plans, corporation rules, investment reports

Registration with Customs Office

  • Basis regulation
    * Company owners must register with the customs office of North Korea within 20 days after registering (Article 36, GIC Act)
  • Process
    • Companies submit application form to customs office in GIC Registration process and required documents are being discussed with North Korea
